***** at Home Affairs digitisation programme

The Department of Home Affairs started a programme and hired graduates. They contracted with a company called Phetogo. This company is abusing power and the desperate hired graduates are being given a tough time. Payslips are sent out but the money is withheld by them, meaning salary budgets are there but they make their own rules.

They made us relocate to different provinces and cities then they don’t pay us anymore, some people get kicked out by landlords and they are far from home. They ignore our emails and act like everything is under control.
