Arrogant department of home affairs

We sat at the Ndwedwe home affairs the entire day with my child. When we finally got it we where met by an employee that was arrogant. I then asked for the supervisor who came out and said "I can't do anything as I am busy". Is this what this department have come to. Where the employees run the show. The supervisor when questioned got defensive and arrogant as well.

What the hell is happening to the department of home affairs. They are constantly in the lime light yet nothing is been done. We where asked to leave the premises... Which I refused. They still refused to do my child's ID.

Wow. This is what our country has come to. All we want is someone to take accountability.
