Arrogant, Codescending, confrontational NO/BAD service

I went to the Roodepoort office this afternoon at 15h10 to apply for a new ID. Upon arrival, we were told to stand in line OUTSIDE the door , the door was then abrubtly locked and we were told to come back another time, they are closed This was at 15h18. We were about 10 people at that time, some said they had been there since 09h30 this morning. I stated that its not 15h30 yet and a lady with big permed hair and bright orange painted nails who was wearing Home Affairs Uniform became very confrontational with me. I said I had to take time off work to come here and she proceeded to tell me its not her fault I have to take time off, I must then do it earlier. She is arrogant and when she speaks, is rude and confrontational. I asked to speak to a senior manager and she screamed at me to go away, the manager isnt there, she's at a meeting, How dare she speak to the public in this manner, we are paying her salary? Is this how they treat their customers? Most branches are open until 4pm, this branch is supposed to be open until 15h30.
