Arrogant and *********** Department of Home Affairs

I app**** for my IDcard 4 months ago and have sent 10 emails following up and enquiring why my ID card is not ready. I have not received a response and I subsequently phoned the dept several times enquiring and the excuse I got was “it’s in the process”. When asked how long it is going to take the arrogant answer I always get is “It will take as long as is necessary!. What a disgrace! This is probably the most *********** department in government. Can they please treat citizens with respect and dignity and respond to emails? Disgusting!
