APPLICTION FOR UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE SINCE 2021: DEPARTMENT HOME AFFAIRS GALESHEWE WITDAM, KIMBERLEY, NORTHERN CAPE

I app**** for my Son's unabridged birth certificate on 2021-03-16 at Galeshewe ( Witdam) Kimberley Home Affairs and told that the waiting period is 2-3 months. Upon personal enquiry several times with long queues to date I was advised to personally call the Home Affairs Case Resolution Centre at ***. Called them several times with also long waiting periods ( not getting through, voice message indicate line congested) and when you finally speak to a consultant the line not clear and you are cut off...

This is really frustrating... The matter is ongoing for almost 2 years which is pathetic... Please assist
