Application of Permanent Residence Permit Problem

My Application of Permanent Residence Permit that was made on 17/07/2013. And appeal on the 3rd of March 2014 and was approved on 7 the August 2014. Since then I haven't heard anything from the Department. I have been struggling to follow-up with the Department at the following contact numbers ********** and ********** 190 and ********** . My calls have not been answered.

I even go to Department of Home Affairs (Head Office) on (5th of June 2018) and been kicked out like a dog by the Security at the Gate. I really need to be assisted with this problem. (My place of Birth is Lesotho ) I am married for 13 years in South Africa, but still struggling to get my Permanent Residence Permit
