Application of new birth certificate

<p>I have 3 children, in 2005 my husband adopt them and we need to change there surnames on their birth certificate.</p> <p>In 2011 they finally manage to change my 2 sons surnames. We are in 2016 my daughter are currently in her matric year, on the edge of writing her matric exam without an id document. Our Department of Home Affairs is not capable helping any South African Citizen but very quick to help every Dic Tom and Harry that's not a SA citizen. Between losing the application a few times, asking me to get another court order because they're not capable to read it in Afrikaans or have any one that can read it or understand it, they just don't have time to attend to it, we had to do the whole appication again in March this year because they lost it for the 100 time, know its laying couzy on someones desk, thats never in the office, he don't answers his phone. This Department is suppose to be on the top list of regestring babies, deaths......... and this how it's going currently, then I wonder how many of the ANC voters is legal South Africans because Zimbabwers get there Id done in 3 days, I have been waiting years and my child is born in South Africa.</p>
