Application held up without any reason

I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate at the beginning of May 2018, I was advised that it takes 8 weeks to issue the certificate. I have contacted the Randburg branch a couple of time and check in with them if my certificate is ready. I have been waiting for my certificate for 8 months and still have not been made away of the reasons for the delay.

I would appreciate urgent assistance in this matter.
