application for unabridged birth certificates

<p>I have app**** for my childrens unabridged birth certificates on the 18th of January 2017, and paid for the applications. After contacting them weekly, I was told today - after NINE weeks - that the matter has not been processed. Consultant was VERY unhelpful, and told me that I have to phone again in a week's time. </p>
