Application for unabridged birth certificate lost

My application was collected from Dirco office Pretoria on the 16th of April as I have a copy of the register. It has now been 17 weeks and i have not been able to locate this application any where, i have contacted several home affairs offices in Gauteng, Natal and even Cape Town and none of them are able to find anything on the system,i have emailed various ministers of home affairs and consular offices and only two officials and secretaries have responded but they too have had no joy in tracing my application.
