Application for smart ID

I app**** for the new smart ID card on 10 September 2015...its now 3 February 2016 and I still don't have one. It took my mom 4 days to get hers and a friend 2 weeks. Its been 5 months! I have phoned *** every week for the last 2 months and been told that they are registering my fingerprints...which I was told would take 6 weeks max. Every time I phone, the call centre says they are escalating it to their superiors to urgently process my request. But nothing has happened. I tried phoning their complaints department but they don't answer their phone. What else do I do to finally get them to do something about my application?
