Application for

Please help I'm not sure what else do I need to do to get this sorted out. Last year October I app**** for my daughters surname change until this day this has not happened as advised I was told it takes up to 6 months for the change to be done blindly I took the consultants word for it and the change did not happen. I then resorted to calling the call center number which they referred me back to the branch for copies of my application for them to be able to help with my application fair enough , on Saturday June 20, 2015 I went to the Alexander office I was literally refused service because they do not I repeat do not assist people looking for copies of their application on weekend I was then referred to a lady and I was told that she was the supervisor and she promised that my case will be addressed me being the ever so ever trusting I took her word for it she made copies of the my daughter's birth certificate that had a case number from the call center and my contact details and I was promised that my application copies will be
