Appl 5 yrs ago for Unabrdg Marriage Certf. No resp

I app**** 5 years ago for my Unabridged Marriage certificate at Paarl office. Also 3 months ago at Somerset West office. I am still waiting. I phoned the national number and they tell me that the application of 5 years ago is still on the system at head office. The application 3 months ago does not even show on the system.<br> <br> After many phone calls over several months and years - still no certificate. Recently Mr Mokgele , Acting Disctrict Manager Cape Metro responded and he referred the case to Mr Ramodumo. After 3 weeks , still no response from Head Office Home Affairs.<br> <br> This situation is unacceptable.
