APPARENTLY MY 10YR OLD CHILD IS NOT REGISTERED?!

I app**** for my daughter's unabridged birth certificate in August 2015, and I am STILL waiting for it!!! I have called your pathetic excuse of a customer service number too many times to count, just to get the same ******** answer that my daughter's unabridged birth certificate is still being processed. I have also laid a complaint with the Presidential Hotline. <br> <br> Finally today I got some sort of an answer from someone at the Presidential Hotline, and NOT from your pathetic staff. Apparently my daughter, who is now 10 years old, is not registered.... I ask you how the hell that can be possible when I have a copy of her abridged birth certificate?!?! How can your records say my daughter is not registered when I have documentation to prove otherwise?? Is it now some new sort of money making **** where I am now expected to go to my nearest Home Affairs department and \re-register\" my child?! As the person at the Presidential Hotline advised I need to fill out 2 forms, a DHA-24 (which is a late registration form), and a DHA-288 (which is an affidavit stating WHY it is a late registration), both of which I am expected topay for.<br> <br> WHERE IS THE SENSE IN ALL OF THIS?!?!?!?!"
