appalling service

appalling service we seem to be receiving at the Umgeni home affairs.<br> On saturday the 27/06/2015 I was at the home affairs in umgeni from 9:30 right through to 10:30 however their doors were closed for no particular reason then I decided to go to the commercial road at 10:50 we then told they cant do applications we must go on come back today,the 29/06/2015 however im standing outside in the heat on a line that is not even moving,as we arent allowed to get in.since when is this now the process or procedure?.at 01.03 today im being told i should go home and return tomorrow as they are done for the day?what is that?<br> I think its highly unfair for us to be locked out so that we cant see what they are actually not doing.allowing only 2 people In a time.this is really not right this is not the first time I have app**** for an I.D document and the previous time was actually a smooth process,im not the only person upset about the level of rudeness and incompetence thats happening here.please help,as I cant stand here everyday trying to get an I.D.they are public servants not us.they cant blame loadshedding on this when they were sitting idle for more than 3 hours.<br>
