Appalling customer service

I was at the DOH in Randfontein well within time for my appointment which was a hassle to book online which i eventually managed to do and had to take a day off from work, the staff has no decency of approaching clients and advising of "Supposed systematic issue". instead, they are walking up and down looking at people as if they do not know what they are there to do, when we started complaining the audacity, they had to tell us their systems aren't working, and we need to rebook. No consideration whatsoever that we took day offs to be there, the money and time spent on making that booking on its own, management can never be found, how do you guys operate? To say the least the experience there was disgusting.
