Appalled by the services of Dept. Home Affairs

I would like to say how disgusted i am with the services of the Dept of Home Affairs. My father-in-law died more than a year ago and the death certificate we were issues was incorrect, which we then immediately went back to home affairs to rectify. Its been over a year and we still haven't received anything back from them nor have they communicated with us at all. We try calling but always kept on hold for more than 30 minutes and still not assistance. Not impressed at all by their service.
