Annoyed & ****ed

I booked online in Aug for an application gor my daughters ID.the appointed was between 10 - 11 and to my suprise we sat there until after 12 and when we show the refence number for online we are told we will be called.the website said if you book online you will be priority unlike those that are walk-ins. I thought home affairs Edenvale was the best but this time ,I am speechless.whats the use of ****** BOOKING ONLINE then?????we even arrived there before 09h30 and yet we sat there like headless goats.
