The service there is very bad, on the 6th of April I was at home affairs from 8:00 standing in the queue getting burned by the sun, until we where told they closing at 15:30 Without being assisted insteard we are being approched by people working with the home affairs staff to give them R50 in order for them to make things quick for us and organise the numbers for us to get inside, someone needs to do something about this really I'm traumatised by the way they doing their job it's Tuesday 2day 10 April I'm here again still the very same thing is happening I got here at 7:30 it's now 11:20 and I'm still in the queue again this is really not fear whom ever is incharge please they must atleast change their way of working because the one they are using is seriously not working for us PLEASE GET A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM
