I app**** for an anabridged certificate application in Jul 2015. In that time I have been sent from pillar to post. They lost my son's birth registration record and now they don't know what to do. I have sent countless emails between the contact centre, the manager and final the Public protector's office and the response I got from Public works \they don't have your record so what must I do\"<br> <br> I think they should close shop and let the Banks do the applications. everyone we complain to just has the same \"don't care' attitude. It's a shame that an institution that handles such delicate documents that affect people's livelihood deals with such information that lightly. They are a waste."
