Amendment of surname

<p>Good day, my name is Jim Lubisi, in 2015, 30 April I went to home affairs in Pretoria with my wife after we got married, to change our children's surname to mine, till today they still telling me that they are still on the process, they told me to check in 2 weeks time, i am calling them every 2 weeks and i'm told the same story, they also comfirmed that my documents are fine and have been sent for amendment, its been 1 year 6 months now . and now if we want to do things we have to prove if this children are ours as their surname are not the same as ours(me & the wife), please help.</p>
