Amelia Arende exremly rude service

<p>Today was my second day at home affairs, i was there before 6am. </p> <p>Finally when we were sent in, got a page to fill in for the marriage certificate, i filled it in and went to pay the R20 fee and the R140 fee for the new id with marriage surname on. I then got my no . It was 19 (although i was the fourth person in the line that arrived) they were calling people with higher numbers before us, i then complined because how can they help people who arrived past 8,9,and 10, and we were there early. They prioritizedsome people who were there the day before, i was also there i was by home affairs in town also. But yet i and others had to stand in the que in the order we came. I did skell,i was truelly very upset. Then past 1 they gave me a new no 70 and priorotised it as me and others were there since the morning . Then AMELIA ARENSE called my no,i went to her,at teller 4. She threw her arms outwards and asked rudly, what is this what is this. I asked her what she means,then she showed me the computer and said who is this, rude again.and on the computer screen was my picture they just took,and a pic of my husband,i said i dont know whats that,so she said to me loud that i must go make it right i gave the wrong information,i told her i didnt,i only filled in the form to get a print out of the marriage certificate, and the man and lady that checked the form sais its correct,and AMELIA ARENDSE was just insisting its me,i told her to call her manager or supervisor to come and see whats weong because i dont work on their computers, and i dont punch things in,she rep**** ' well im going to delete it and i wont call the manager, ' and told me i can just go but she wont do it. She just walked away. I then went to speek to the supervisor,cant remember her name. I told her how i feel. Then i saw amelia and said to her,sorry sweety whats your name,she looked at me and raised her voice and said , dont you sweety me,and i wont give you my name. The supervisor/manager was present at the time when Amelia aaid that. Then Amelia just walked away. </p> <p>Its so disgusting that i was treated like that, im so so sure they would have got just so upset if they got treated so unfair,and sat there early and got served last,and got treated disgustingly rude.</p> <p> </p>
