Amazingly Efficient Service

<p>I visited the Roodepoort Home Affairs on 14 May 2016 to apply for a passport which I needed urgently. It was a bit full but this is not something the department can control. It literally took me no more than 40 minutes to apply for the passport, and it was all paperless. I was assisted by Nontsikelelo and Sandra Mokgalabone, both these ladies were so friendly and helpful especially working on a rainy cold Sa****ay. Their service was great. I got the SMS yesterday (18 May 2016) that my passport was ready!!!! It literally took home affairs 3 Days to get my passport to me. I think this is excellent!!!! Thank you so much for this. Keep up the good service!</p>
