Amazing process to get passport

<p>It took me a few minutes online to apply, another few miures at a nearby bank to take my fingerprints and photo, and a few days later my new passport was ready for collection. And yes, it only took a few minutes to collect it too at the same bank. What a pleasure compared to what I had to endure to get my ID a year ago! This new process is super efficient and I have to commend the folks at DHA for getting it right. Even the attitutude of the DHA staff is glaringly different at the bank compared to a DHA office. They are so much more helpful and friendly, I am completely blown away. Well done!</p>
