Alexandra home affairs is very poor

Came in as the first person from 6 am standing then was told to stand on a que for ID verification then was told I am not registered...and then I must stand on a que for application at that time it had about 100 people it ddnt matter that I was here first or not...now later they are gladly announcing that the system is down and they all going out as if its knock off time...this is poor service
