Alberton home affairs stinks!

If I could give less than zero stars I would. Alberton home affairs office is nothing short of chaos, the staff are ****** and their attitudes STINK. Pensioners are supposed get preferential treatment between 8am and 10am ha ha!, yes they put you in a separate queue where we have to stand whereas all the other queues have seats, and then they promptly forget all about the pensioners and we get left to stand for three and a half hours!!! All they can do is shuffle people from one queue to another. Hundreds of people wait outside in queues, they open the doors late, let a few people in to stand for hours in another queue to tell some disinterested idiot what they require, only to be sent to another queue for hours to get a dirty s**** of paper with a number, then sit around with hundreds of people until called to have a photo taken by another disinterested extremely rude individual full of attitude, then sit for a few more hours until an equally disinterested, rude individual takes your phone number, sit for a few more hours before you can pay another rude creature who the tells you to pay cash when all the office is full of signs stating that payment is only accepted by card. When I asked where I could draw money, I received a very sarcastic answer of "ATM" WOW! Did you know that you can draw cash from an ATM!!!! Now I have to walk to the next shopping centre to draw cash and she told me to go back to the number queue - I DON'T THINK SO. Collection of the passport is even worse, I got so frustrated I went home without my passport.
