Alberton home Affairs Non compliance.

Friday March 25th, we’ve been at the Alberton home affairs for approximately 11hours awaiting to enter the premises. When we entered The employees were not willing to assist & they were not even cooperative more especially their supervisor/manager called Susan ... she uttered the words “ I will not help you hence I want to rest “ mind you, people were angry and shouting of her unfairness and she simply stormed off and went to her office. Neither were the employees cooperating,hence they did not even bother to talk to anyone. We further asked for a resolution for us to compile a list of individuals who will come back later and avoid massive lines of the home affairs but still no one considered our request ,during that time It was not even lunch or the time they mentioned they were gonna close at.
