Alberton home affairs

<p>Alberton Home Affairs offices is a good indication on how this dysfunctional country is run. My wife app**** for a new I'D and attempted to collect it 5 times. Their service is so bad that no matter how early you go on a Saturday you shown away when they close for the day. This government must shove their new Id's where it fits. I will not apply for one. If they want me to have one they are welcome to deliver it to my home. </p>
