Akasie home affairs is terrible

I've done everything for my ID online. I paid and everything. I went there 2weeks ago and waited in line since 5 the morning. They opened at 8 and then helped us. We walked out of there at 10 in the morning. I thought everything is settled and I just have to collect in a few weeks. Just got an sms now saying I have to fill in other documents as well. They are very unprofessional and unreliable. Worst experience ever
