AFFECTING US,If you want to clean up the country clean up your own *******ion that got us here in the first place

VFS and Home Affairs both,you paid to apply for visa and yet again we wait a year and the status is still the same.they want people to pay to get what they were suppose to do in the first place, expecting R20000 +.what kind of service is this even if they can give an excuse that is due to lockdown please that is out of fashion now.we call,email n visit branches they all fail to provide service.All documents were in order and provided,who are the auditors of this departments?why are they not auditing????what law and governance is this?????
