****** A***e at the Menlyn Mall Branch turning away customers

There is 1 person at this branch that is rude, condescending and a complete a***e. He allows some people as walk in customers but stops other. Not sure if it's because he is ****** or drunk on authority but that's not how you treat people. This is a failure on DHA side if they cannot employ helpful and competent people then why open the new branches at all! The online system doesn't work either and it takes more than 30 minutes for a single page to load! Not all branches are listed on their website for appointment booking either!
