Adding my first name in my ID 3 years yet it never happens

In 2019‐11‐14 I app**** for name adding on my ID but till today my other name has not been added. I have app**** for it in Orlando west / Phefeni home affairs in Soweto Johannesburg / Gauteng. Last week I was there and I was told to come check after 3 months again. They are now telling me to redo micros not sure what that is. Imagine the pain of standing in long ques every 3 months since 2019. The service is unbearable in this department. Even I phone their hotline number it remains unanswered.
