Absolutely useless

Home affairs do not even deserve1 star. Your online system is a complete mess. One of the staff told me over the phone that it is up and down, and I may have to go to home affairs office to do my application. What is the point of your website! What a mess, just like the rest of this country. Pathetic non existent service.
