ABSOLUTELY Terrible service!!

<p>Yesterday was the third time I went to the Department of Home Affairs Centurion just to COLLECT my Passport. After waiting for about an hour in line I realised that there was no movement.</p> <p>I tried to get some information regarding what is the holdup, no one wanted to help me, then I asked to speak to a supervisor, I found her in a office playing games on her phone.</p> <p>I feel that this is unacceptable, as I have to put in leave for this to be done and then I get such terrible service.</p> <p> </p>
