Absolutely Great!

<p>I just wanted to express the fantastic experience I have just had applying and receiving both my new ID and Passport.</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** online and made a booking at FNB.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Home Affairs staff were great, they knew what they were doing and the process was super quick. I had hardly been in the branch for 5 minutes and my photos and biometrics was done. I received a SMS shortly after my booking alerting me to the fact that my ID and Passport has been officially processed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Within 6 days both my Passport and ID were ready for collection. I once again only spent a few minutes in the branch and the collection process was over.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service was fast and efficient. Thumbs up to Home Affairs, what a pleasant experience.</p>
