Abridged Birth Certificate

Hi I am still struggling to get a positive response from the Home Affairs, this is now a whole year and they are still saying they are working on it. All I need is my brother's and my Birth Certificate. Ever since I put a request on the 4th December 2025. They didn't even call me back.
