A year later and nothing has been done

<p>I app**** for my name change last year June 2016, to date it still hasnt been done on their systems, i estimated 6 to 8months...thats ok. Its been over a year now and still nothing, the most useless system they have, a bunch of illiterate people doing God alone knows what.....</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this sorted ASAP</p> <p> </p> <p>Lets see if i get a response from this cause clearly calling and follwoing up every damn week isnt enough</p>
