A Year and a half later

THIS IS NOW BEYOND PATHETIC WHERE IS THE VAULT COPY OF THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE? I STARTED THIS IN 2015/06/01.<br> <br> i Have supp**** home affairs with past documents of vault copies all documents need have been supp****! first of all they came back to me and said the marriage was not registered! i told them it was how else would i have a scan of it and abridged certificates??? all they do is forward the emails to someone else that does not come back to you or even phone you. Have they lost the document??? due to bad management?? .
