I called their 131881 number to enquire about an exception to travel overseas as advised by the covid line people but to my disgust and the disgust of all tax payers I got this pathetic woman who said to me: go online, I was not given the chance to say a word, to explain why I was calling. I said to her that is a great job, you answer the phone to say go online and tax payers pay you for that. she hang up. disgusting woman, disgusting service. I called back spoke to another employee, she said this: we do not have access to those forms. more disgusting ****, the forms are online, if a caller needs help filling out that form how on earth can they help if they do not have access to those forms?, outrageous and impossible. they must have access to all forms in order to help, in order to assist. I asked for a supervisor and she also said that, disgusting. the initial call taker all of the sudden said to me: do not raise your voice, I said I am not, you are raising your voice at me, after I said that she responded: I am not, then I said I am not either, who wins here, just get me a supervisor. an old trick, you are being rude, you are raising your voice, old tricks
