A VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNHAPPY MOM(HOMEAFFAIRS 707)

I was married after my daughter was born and her birth certificate has my ****en surname so as soon as I got my married certificate I went to home affairs 707 to register her for her fathers surname this was 22 August 2015 I filled in a notice of birth form and I was told to wait for 6 months and come back after to check if the surname has changed to i can apply for a birth certificate .I went back and was told its not yet done , kept on checking now and i again as i wanted to register my daughter for school and did not want her to use my ****en surname but nothing I was then given a number to call because you could not go to Pretoria ********** 666 only to later find out its a wrong number . I decided to google the number so I was now on pursuit to get the matter sorted so my daughter attended grade RR and grade R with my ****en surname . So on the 09/10/17 I called home affairs and was given a reference ********** 487085 I spoke to a lady called Lebo Motlhabane who told me that details was lost and all that and that i should ********** her the form i filled in 2015 I emailed the form and she said should call back on the 24/10/17 on ********** 190 but i could not call then so I only managed to call on the 28/10/17 spoke to Monica who told me they still working on it TILL today . As a person you get tired no call or sms to atleast update me of whats going on luckly and the school she is now on i was able to use the form to register her under my surname so that she can be able to learn to right the correct name and surname .

please help it has taken home affairs 3 years for them just to change my daughter from ****en to current really ...does it really take that long.
