A Deteriorating Country!!!

It was all good and well when DHA started working with banks for quicker and more effective way of getting passports and IDs done

It has turned into a huge nightmare where it can now take you up 3 months in SA to just get a passport

We had gotten a date 30 days after paying on eHomeAffairs only to be called a day before and told the system is offline ( this was the earliest date we got) afterwards we were told to go look for another date … we got one for 40 days later

I type this I still have no passport , instead I get messages from HomeAffairs that I will forfeit the money I paid if I dont do a Branch visit within 20 days … this is the most frustrating thing. mind you!!! Nowadays you can’t just walk into Home Affairs, you are told to book a date
