+9 Months of waiting for a Feedback

I have submitted an application at HA through VFS on Jan 14, 2015 which has been subsequently rejected. Therefore, I app**** for an appeal no Feb 16, 2015 and up to day, I didn't receive any feedback. Besides, I have been out of work since then and any attempts to contact VFS and HA have failed. All my emails remains unanswered and the calls are not even going through. <br> How do they expect me to live in the country without any work or money for over the past 9 months? I am been struggling badly, no school, no job, no money, nothing. Is it the price I am receiving for living, working, paying taxes rent and school fees in SA for the past 7 years?<br>
