9 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATE

To Whom It May Concern<br> I went into Tongaat District Office on the 17/06/2015 at 8.32am and app**** for my Unabridged Birth Certificate.<br> I went through on the 14/01/2016 as I had not heard anything.<br> I was told by the staff member that they could not locate anything under my ID or Receipt Number and that I should contact ***for assistance.<br> I called and spoke with Kenneth on the 14/01/2016 and was told that he could see my application on the system but that nothing had been done.<br> I explained to him that I need urgent resolve on the matter as I am in the process of immigration and this is currently holding me back.<br> He issued me with a Case # *** and was told it would take a few days before I would hear anything.<br> I did ask him to escalate this as I had been waiting almost 7 months!<br> I then called on the 19/01/2016 and spoke with Rosa Maphanga who was one of the Team Leaders at 12.23pm.<br> She then asked her to escalated again and she told me it would take 2 weeks to be assigned to a case officer and that there was nothing further she could do.<br> <br> I CANNOT GET ANSWERS OUT OF ANYONE AND I NEED MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE!!!!!<br> I called today and spoke with Kgoelofelo Mbungela
