I app**** for my ID in December 2024, in January 2025 I took my daughter to apply for her ID. When we went in Jan I asked why haven't I received any notification to collect my ID, I was told that my application is stuck on "photo verification". Second time I went towards end of Feb, they took my details and said they'll contact me with feedback, still nothing. Now my daughter's application can't be processed because my application is not complete. I've been trying to call the toll-free number as well as the Cresta branch but the calls don't go through. This is bull**** service, our government is taking it's citizens for granted.
