8 months & still waiting for birth certificate

In Nov 2014, I app**** for two passport renewals, 1 unabridged birth certificate for my minor daughter. Whilst i received the passports in record time - 5 working days - I have yet to receive 8 MONTHS Later, my daughters unabridged birth certificate or notification to collect. I have been twice to the office to inquire, and emailed various parties, with little to no assistance.<br> <br> As this is NOW a requirement, and i stood in a 3 hour queue to apply, I am utterly DISGUSTED, by the lack of service or intent on our DHA to ensure I receive what I have already paid for.<br> <br> Disappointing in deed.<br>
