6 months outstanding zep permit

After months of trying to contact Home affairs, notwithstanding the amount of airtime wasted on unsuccessful calls, i managed to get hold of Andile Madlose ********** 901 ( ********** department ) who told me he was too busy to attend to me and its "nonsense" for me to expect him to inform me about my permit application. The call center number ***barely goes through, and if it does, the consultants say they do not "work on that system". Can someone contact me regarding my permit which surely by now should have been out as the 6-8 week turnaround time has passed. Even so, should there be a problem holding my permit, i need to be informed. My contact is ********** .
