6.5 MTHS AND STILL NO UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE

I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate mid August 2015 and was told it would take 3 months to process. After 3 months and upon querying I find out that they are unable to find my childs records in the archives and must thus complete two other forms, which I did immediately. I had to fax these docs twice before they confirmed receipt! It has now been 2.5 months since they received these docs and my weekly calls to the call centre result in nothing, \ docs received, but no further updates on application, we will escalate the matter\". Why bother escalating when nothing gets done!!!! I have now written to the Human Rights Commission as my childs right to freedom of movement are being infringed upon. Really at a loss as what else to do as the additional time and money spent on this application is ABSURD!!!!!"
