4 years!! after applying for an ID book for a new surname no result whatsoever

<p>On the 15th of July 2013 I visited the Dept of Home Affairs in Randburg to investigate about the necessary procedure to have all my documents (ID and permanent resident permit) changed to my new surname, after I had been adopted by my German stepfather in March 2012. Since then I paid more than R600 in applications with the only result that the Dept managed to lose my original Permanent Resident Permit! Until today I do not possess ONE document reflecting my new surname.</p> <p>Despite sending every day more than 30 email reminders to about 25 employees who have been involved so far (incl the minister and her deputy), I do not even get one response acknowledging that anybody works on my case.</p> <p>The responsibe people at the Randburg Dept of Home Affairs are: Ms Lehasa Lekalakala, Ms Martha Mula, Ms Mpule Mohlampe</p> <p>I did not read in the news that they are on strike or go-slow.
