4 Months and Still WAITING

About 4 months ago I app**** for a Volt Copy of my Birth Certificate. I was told that it would take slightly longer than 6-8 weeks (which is already crazy long) but now it's been over 16 weeks and they still can't help me. On top of it all, they told me to only call back in 2 weeks time. <br> <br> Surely this is unacceptable under any circumstances. <br> <br> SA government services just gets worse and worse
