I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate on 25/09/2012 (have receipt). After months of following up and finally getting desperate, I re-submitted all documentation 23/09/2015. I've been following up practically daily & all I get is polite standardised emails and promises that it will be escalated. This morning Mr. Lekalakala said that he will contact the processing unit but that they must first get documentation from 'Rosslyn' - they've had over 3 years for that already and have caused me untold financial loss & distress in the process. I have email upon email as I've followed up. Now I've had enough. It must happen today.
